Terms & Refund Information
These terms describe the operational boundaries of the $39 Revenue-Leak Snapshot. Ordering the service means you agree to provide accurate information, authorized public links, and a request that fits the service-eligibility policy.
1. The service
The Revenue-Leak Snapshot is a focused diagnostic review of public-facing business information. The standard product includes three prioritized findings, an explanation of why each finding may matter, and immediate recommendations. Ready-to-use copy or presentation improvements may be included when reasonably supported by the available public information.
2. What the service does not promise
Redimora Labs does not guarantee revenue, profit, customer acquisition, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, reviews, approvals, platform outcomes, or any other specific business result. Recommendations are observations and suggestions based on the public information available at the time of review.
The Snapshot is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, cybersecurity, medical, regulatory, or formal accessibility-compliance advice.
3. Customer authorization and accuracy
You must be authorized to request the review for the business and to submit the public links and context supplied in the intake. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not submit credentials, private customer records, confidential information, or third-party material you are not authorized to provide.
4. Eligibility
Orders must comply with the Redimora Labs Service Eligibility & Acceptable Use policy. Redimora Labs may decline, hold, or discontinue work when a request falls outside those standards or when eligibility cannot be reasonably established.
5. Payment
The listed price for the Revenue-Leak Snapshot is $39 unless the checkout clearly displays a different authorized price before purchase. Payment is collected through the connected Tally/Stripe payment flow. A payment alone does not override eligibility, intake-completeness, evidence, or quality-control requirements.
6. Incomplete or unverifiable submissions
If the intake is incomplete, the supplied links cannot be verified, the business identity is ambiguous, or there is not enough public information to support responsible findings, Redimora Labs may hold the order for clarification rather than fabricate conclusions.
7. Delivery
Approved customer-facing work is delivered to the delivery email supplied in the intake. The website does not publish or guarantee a fixed delivery time. Customers should ensure that the delivery email is accurate and accessible.
8. Refund information
Refund requests are reviewed individually. To request review of a charge, email [email protected] with the business name and delivery email used in the intake. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route when supported by the payment provider.
Refunds are not automatic simply because a customer disagrees with a recommendation. The status of the work, whether a report has already been completed or delivered, duplicate or fraudulent activity, and non-refundable provider charges may be considered when reviewing a request, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If Redimora Labs cannot responsibly provide the purchased service because the request is ineligible, materially incomplete, or unsupported by the available information, the order may be held while the appropriate resolution is reviewed.
9. Recommendations and implementation
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations. Changes to websites, pricing, advertising, legal statements, platform accounts, or business operations can have effects outside the scope of the Snapshot. Obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
10. Intellectual property and samples
Redimora Labs may publish fictional or clearly identified demonstration material to explain the product. Fictional examples are not customer testimonials or claims of real results. Identifiable customer work is not represented as a public case study without appropriate permission.
11. Third-party services
The Redimora workflow may use third-party services for intake, payment, email, records, source control, and hosting. Availability or policies of those providers can affect parts of the service outside Redimora Labs' direct control.
12. Updates
These operational terms may be updated as the service evolves. The version posted when an order is placed will govern that order to the extent practical and permitted by law.
