Service Eligibility & Acceptable Use

Our baseline

If Redimora Labs would not knowingly support an activity when a person creates or operates it, using AI, automation, synthetic media, or another technology does not make that activity acceptable.

Prohibited service categories

Redimora Labs does not provide services for businesses, organizations, products, projects, or content whose purpose or material activity includes:

• Pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Sexual exploitation or sexualized content involving minors.
• Non-consensual sexual imagery or sexualized material created or distributed without meaningful consent.
• The promotion, glorification, facilitation, or material support of violence or abuse.
• Equivalent prohibited content or activity created, scaled, distributed, monetized, or facilitated through AI, automation, synthetic media, generative tools, or other technology.

AI and automated systems

AI use is not treated as a loophole. Redimora Labs may decline work when a business uses AI or automation to generate, transform, distribute, promote, monetize, or materially support content or conduct that would be prohibited if performed directly by a person.

The fact that an image, video, voice, character, message, or other material is synthetic does not reduce the standard applied to exploitation, consent, sexual content, violence, or abuse.

Legitimate discussion of sensitive subjects

Sensitive subject matter is not automatically prohibited. Legitimate organizations and projects may need to discuss violence, abuse, sexual harm, child safety, exploitation, or related subjects as part of protection, prevention, treatment, reporting, education, research, historical work, or victim assistance.

Examples that should not be rejected merely because sensitive words or subjects appear include:

• Child-protection and safeguarding organizations.
• Domestic-violence and abuse-prevention services.
• Victim-support and survivor-assistance organizations.
• Healthcare, mental-health, and public-health services.
• Journalism and documentary reporting.
• Education, research, and historical analysis.
• Lawful safety and prevention resources.

Context, purpose, and what the organization actually does matter. Mentioning a prohibited subject is different from promoting, facilitating, monetizing, or materially supporting the prohibited activity.

Uncertain cases

When eligibility is unclear, Redimora Labs may hold the request for review instead of automatically processing it. A payment or completed intake does not require Redimora Labs to proceed with ineligible work.

Misrepresentation

Customers must not intentionally hide, misrepresent, or substitute links in order to bypass these standards. Discovery of materially misleading eligibility information may result in the work being stopped and the order being reviewed under the Terms & Refund Information policy.

Scope of this policy

This policy governs Redimora Labs services and does not claim that every business outside these standards is unlawful. Redimora Labs may maintain standards that are narrower than what the law permits.
