The Snapshot is intentionally simple. These are the boundaries customers should understand before ordering.
What exactly do I get for $39?
A focused review of the public online presence you submit, organized around three prioritized findings. Each finding explains what we observed, why it may matter to a prospective customer, and what to change. When appropriate, the report includes ready-to-use wording or presentation improvements.
Do you need my passwords or private dashboards?
No. The standard Revenue-Leak Snapshot is based on public information and the links/context you provide. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, private analytics exports, or confidential customer data unless a future service explicitly requests them through an approved secure process.
Do you guarantee more revenue, leads, or better rankings?
No. Redimora Labs identifies visible friction and makes practical recommendations. Business results depend on many factors outside the scope of a public-presence review, so we do not promise revenue, lead volume, rankings, or conversion outcomes.
What kinds of businesses can order?
Most legitimate businesses and organizations can request a review as long as the request fits our Service Eligibility & Acceptable Use policy. We do not support pornography or sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation or sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, or activity that promotes, glorifies, facilitates, or materially supports violence or abuse.
Does that policy include AI-generated content?
Yes. AI, automation, synthetic media, and other technologies are held to the same ethical standard as human-created material. Using AI does not make prohibited activity eligible for Redimora services.
What if my organization discusses violence, abuse, or child safety for legitimate reasons?
Discussion alone is not an automatic rejection. Child-protection work, abuse prevention, healthcare, journalism, education, historical work, victim assistance, and similar legitimate purposes are evaluated by their actual function and context—not rejected just because sensitive subjects appear.
How do I pay?
The intake includes payment for the $39 Snapshot. Payment processing is handled through the connected Tally/Stripe checkout flow. Redimora Labs does not ask you to email card information.
When will I receive the report?
Your report is delivered to the delivery email you provide after intake, review, quality control, and approval are complete. Redimora Labs does not publish a delivery-time guarantee on this site.
What if I submit the wrong links or incomplete information?
The order may be held rather than pushed through with weak evidence. If you notice a mistake, contact [email protected] as soon as possible with the business name and delivery email used in the intake.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route when supported by the payment provider. Completed work, delivered reports, and payment-provider fees may affect eligibility except where law requires otherwise. See the Terms & Refund Information page for the full operational policy.
Will you fix everything you find?
The $39 product is a diagnostic Snapshot, not an implementation package. It includes immediate recommendations and ready-to-use improvements where appropriate, but it does not include website development, ad management, account administration, or full implementation unless a separate future service specifically says so.
